Pritam Poddar, Jan 3, 2018, "Can Your Urine Help You?"
He's a bit difficult to understand so I had to listen closely and back it up a few times, but the info is something to consider.

If Urine is so good for a person, then why does the body work so hard to eliminate it ?

If Urine is so good for a person, then why does the body work so hard to eliminate it ? In the video above, he explains that urine is about 95% water, 2.5% urea and the rest is excess nutrients, hormones, etc ..... whatever the body wasn't able to use at the time of digestion. It's not toxic "waste", it's just that the body balances the nutrition it receives according to what it needs and discards the rest ..... like an overflow ... because the body seeks to keep everything in balance. That's why we can eat or drink "whatever" we want and the body sorts it out. You've probably heard the expression that taking supplements just makes expensive urine? That's not the whole truth, but it does have some truth in it. The body uses what it needs from the supplements, just like it does from food, and then discards whatever is not needed at that time. So, the body also discards nutrients from food if they are extra. That's why I like to take supplements with food, to fill in whatever the body needs to make best use of the combination. Keep in mind that this is my understanding and I am not a doctor, scientist or nutritionist.

The kidneys evolved over millions of years to do precisely that job, and they do it pretty well. Bottom line: Please don't drink your piss, m8! It's full of the toxins that your natural body systems are trying to eliminate. Don't take those toxins back in. You will run the risk of overworking your kidneys, and believe me, as a person who has worked in the medical field for many years, you don't want kidney failure. This urine-drinking fad comes up every 15 or 20 years, and it's just a load of hogwash. It endangers your health.

What’s the difference between a lentil and a chickpea? I wouldn’t pay 300 dollars to have a lentil on my face.

These are the same "experts" who tell us that "vaccines" are "safe and effective", that we should not socialize with others, that we should wear masks, that the PCR mfg process is a valid test and that cut-poison-burn is effective cancer treatment, m8.

Mikey I think that common sense should rule in this issue.....and drinking your urine just doesn't make sense Is it worth the risk of ruining the same health you are trying to protect ? Alan makes an excellent point

Thank you for your concern also, BF. I appreciate it. This is an interesting article on Urine Therapy. Here's a few paragraphs: I'm not recommending this to anyone, but I'm checking it out.

Alan makes an excellent point What You and Alan said was the point I was trying to get across to Mikey in another post. I know I have been joking around about it but I'm with You guys. I worked with an old man before that use to smell like piss. , I told him to take a shower one time. He said mind Your business it's not Saturday. I couldn't stop laughing.

"Fast thinking", as mentioned in my OP video by Pritam Poddar, is reflex thinking, it's a memory from conditioning, probably from parents, siblings or friends.
Have any of you "common sense" guys ever swam in a stream, a slow moving river, a stationary lake, a pond or maybe even a swamp where others are swimming? Are you aware of the microbes and aquatic life in those? Fish, snakes, turtles, frogs, etc. Where do you think they go when they need to pee or poop? Do you know any fishermen who furiously paddle to shore to use the restroom to pee or spit terbaccy juice? Ever been in a public or private pool? Ever shared a hot tub? How about a kiddie pool with the neighborhood kids?
Have you ever had any of that water get into your eyes, ears nose or mouth?
Have you ever swallowed snot?
I'm talking about drinking a fresh cup of sterile liquid.
