Naringin from citrus peels: very bioavailable & has a shitload of benefits that rivals strawberries or aspirin.

I believe Costco sells that. I just checked the Costco website... it's available 'online only' and "on sale" ($10 less) for the price of $41.99 for 120 of Nutrex 12mg. I just paid a fair bit less than that from a trusted vendor that I use on ebay... I just order this on Costco. I heard about Astaxanthin from someone years ago. They said that they had fewer gray hairs after using it a while, . I had some extra money so I want to see if I can see any benefits from taking this. I could use any extra eye help and I'm in the sun a lot. I don't get burnt from the sun much.

Just remember to be consistent, I would guess it takes at minimum 3 to 6 months to start noticing positive effects (?)…

Take your supplements in alphabetical order . I don't know if it works but why take a chance?

I want to see if it has any affects on my eyes for reading.

Magnus’s compelling testimonial got me to try it too. They had it in Costco warehouse here. $39.99 for 120 x 12 mg. Worth a try. They do suggest we take it with a fat dominant meal for best results.

Yep, that's what I do with most supplements, specifically fish oil type stuff, for most effective absorption... *When I take cod liver oil during the winter I usually take a small sliver of Kerrygold butter or ghee along with it.

I've heard that it also supposedly reverses gray hair ?... In my case I'm not so sure it did any 'reversing' but it did possibly slow it down, as I've been told by various barbers that I was "going gray" for the past 20 years or so ?... I'll be 59 on my next birthday and I'm still a ways away from all gray For eye health I'd recommend Lutein with Zeaxanthin, clinical trials show a positive result for preventing macular degeneration.

Oh the Quackery! Posted on January 25, 2020 by The Ethical Skeptic Fake medical skeptics must realize that instructing someone from a position of scientific authority, claim to facts or likelihood, to not undertake a treatment or protocol, constitutes quackery as well. Americans are successfully employing supplements to improve their well being, and as well are increasingly sharing this success with others. As this industry inflection point unfolds, it is such a joy to witness the trolls of pretend science scoffing angrily from their parents’ basements. A wage well earned. theethicalskeptic.com/tag/supplements/

I can't keep up with all these new genders, m8s! Wrong article, m8, but tee-hee! Scroll down to " Oh The Quackery!" posted January 25, 2020. Here're a couple quotes of text from it: Thanks denis. Bang-on article, m8! The same logic could be applied to food, as in "don't eat food because it just makes expensive urine", since urine is purified blood, containing EXCESS nutrients from food as well that your body doesn't need at that time. Obviously, saying not to eat food because it only makes expensive urine is just as ridiculous and misleading as saying not to take supplements because they make expensive urine. So, saying that you pee out supplements and ignoring the nutrients from food that are also pee'd out is, at the very least, disingenuous. Assuming a form that can be assimilated in the first pplace, your body doesn't select nutrients based on whether they come from a quality supplement or from food (astronauts don't starve, but they don't have 'regular food' either). You body selects nutrients based on momentary need.
