Now, how do you beat picking up a refrigerator by yourself, putting in on your shoulder, walking off and getting on a bicycle and riding away?

My brother-in-law was a mover in the 1950s with all that super heavy furniture and all back then and he used the old mover's straps He was a strong guy who would use the strap to carry those old monster refrigerators on his back and carried many up to the top floor of the old six story walkups

Reminds me of Olympic wrestler Aleksandr Karelin (887-2 Record)...“Of course, I am grateful for my strength. It makes me self-sufficient. When I bought a refrigerator, I carried it myself up the stairs to my apartment on the eighth floor." www.bjjee.com/articles/looked-like-aleksandr-karelin-went-beast-mode-look-legendary-wrestler-887-2-record/My grandfather delivered ice (He had his own business) for ice boxes, coal, and oil - all heavy labor jobs. The ice blocks were huge and he had to carry those on his back up flights of stairs. He was a big and strong guy with huge hands. He did pop 2 hernias (left and right inguinal) and never got surgery as did not want to miss work and wore a truss and wrapped this vulnerable area tightly in what was described to me to be a long narrow sheet (like what boxers wrap their hands with but wider and longer) to hold in his guts. He also subjected himself to injections in that area of the body to toughen the flesh so it did not protrude.

As someone who picked a fridge up half this size the other day to move it from one end of the kitchen to the other I have nothing but admiration for this dude, I found removing the shelves helps a lot but this guy is just a beast.

I've been doing a lot of exercises on ropes lately but my current ropes are only 1 inch and I wanted something bigger so I found a 25 foot 1 1/2 inch rope online and bought it Anything larger than 1 1/2 inches would have been too big and this is the standard size for climbing ropes from what I've read somewhere I was thinking about hanging it from the tree again but upon reflection decided to hang it from the rafters in my garage where I can use it in any weather and also don't have to worry about rot Looking forward to using it

That major from the French Foreign Legion has a video tutorial on rope climbing...very fit fellow.
Funny here where I work we had to re-label all the "foreign" films because apparently foreigners are offended by being called foreigners...now we call them "world cinema"...ah, progress!

The French World Legion doesn't seem to have the same ring to it.
I doubt that it's foreigners that are offended about the labeling of foreign films. It will be the usual type of people that are offended on behalf of everyone else, m8.
