Do everything that the UFC says is illegal
The following acts constitute fouls in a contest or exhibition of mixed martial arts and may result in penalties, at the discretion of the referee, if committed:
- Butting with the head
- Eye gouging of any kind
- Biting or spitting at an opponent
- Fish hooking (act of inserting a finger or fingers or one or both hands into the mouth or nostrils or a person, pulling away from the centerline of the body)
- Hair pulling
- Spiking an opponent to the canvas on his head or neck
- Strikes to the spine or the back of the head.
- Throat strikes of any kind, and/or grabbing the trachea
- Fingers outstretched toward an opponent’s face/eyes
- Downward pointing elbow strike (’12 to ‘6 strike)
- Groin attacks of any kind
- Kneeing and/or kicking the head of a grounded opponent
- Stomping a grounded opponent
- Holding opponent’s gloves or shorts
- Holding or grabbing the fence or ropes with fingers or toes
- Small joint manipulation
- Throwing opponent out of ring/fighting area
- Intentionally placing a finger into any orifice or any cut or laceration of an opponent
- Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh
The strikes to the spine with an elbow are particularly effective. When you strike use all the power you can do a body drop to transfer your body weight. They can cause partial temporary paralysis. If you are strong enough like many here, you can actually crack spinal bones
In another post, when I mentioned that I like to use the bear hug in BJJ, people would complain that is not a real move. The instructor said so what, John just beat you in the real world. These were usually purple belts that lost my lowly white.
A trick to make that work is slide the bear hug down to where the floating ribs are. They are much more sensitive and apt to "float"
As I mentioned in another post, small joint manipulation of the fingers are also nasty. That I did not do because it can break fingers super easy

There is also one pressure point technique that works wonders. Place the forefinger and middle finger of each hand at the back of the jaw where it hinges and press hard. Instant pain. Do not do with full power unless in a life or death situation because you can dislocate a jawbone.
One BS strike that many people say is valid is the heel palm to nose to launch bones into brain. Cannot happen because nose is soft cartilage and skull is thick bone.
Also, avoid knife fighting. The first rule of knife fighting is that you WILL get cut

Charge a guy with a gun and with a knife you run away. Great scene.

Also, always make use of whatever you have around you. No street fight is a fair fight. Wear a heavy watch (use like knuckles) and use a belt with good sized metal buckle - has come in handy several times and not just for isometrics.

I like Bugs Bunny's method: "womp him low and womp him high, stick your finger in his eye..."

I didn't read through the whole thing yet, just the pics. Did not see a defensive move I saw in the streets at 14. Two kids fighting and one pulls out a lock-blade and goes after the other kid. The other kid takes off his jacket and wraps it around his left arm as a defense/shield and used his belt to swing at the knife kid. Worked well. Expect to get cut in a knife fight, but use that wrapped defense arm as best you can.

Few things I'd like to add, First off Eye gouging is one of the best last resort things you can do in a real fight even the toughest guys sh*t their pants when they think they're going to be blind. When pulling hair if it is at all possible ALWAYS grab the side of the head, you will gain complete control of the head - go practice it it's much better first grab some one (who's willing) hair on top of the head and tell them to move around, then grab the side of the hair and see them squirm, obviously don't be a d*ck and do it too hard , this is just practice. I'd like to add with the Clawing, pinching/twisting flesh etc, target the ears to do a lot of damage. Grab the top of the Ear grip it as tight as you possibly can and rip your whole body weight down like you are doing a slut drop xD watch that ear tear off, no bullsh*t. Fish hooking is extremely dangerous, wouldn't recommend unless you want to lose a finger. Believe it or not the throat becomes pretty hard in a fight and whilst it will hurt like f*ck punching it won't stop a mad man like you might think, instead double it up with knees to the groin area if possible - Don't rely on throat punches is what I'm saying. Small joint manipulation is great, The fingers are p*ss easy to break and if you break a finger or two you can pretty much guarantee the damage you take is lessened. Only stomp a grounded opponent if you have no chance of running away, if you can get out of the situation always run. If you are strong enough spiking an opponent on his head is ALMOST a guarantee to victory but be prepared to fight a manslaughter charge That's all for now, I'll add more if I think of more.

I would like to add this:
- grab his left side (arm) with your left hand as hard as you can and do not release it, take a fast step to your right, you should be positioned to his side and close Now that his left side is exposed(and he is defenseless), your right hand/elbow/knee should do its job It is brutal and quick to execute If he tries to scape, hold tightly and continue moving to his side
- a quick hard headbutt to his nose/mouth while taking hold of his arms/hands is good 2 headbutts are destructive

I carry a 600ml PET water bottle everywhere I go. Since it's hot in Egypt, it's innocuous to brandish. It makes a great cosh & bust up elbows, wrists or collarbones. I was amazed how I could dislocate a collarbone with ease. Breaking is not much harder.

We blue collar guys can easily utilize this option. If ur a Hells Angel, sure! If u stab anyone for any reason that's deadly force & is only justified when ur life is under threat & u fear for ur life. Anything less than that standard makes u an utter jerk & pariah in polite society. I've had occasion to actually whack someone with my water bottle but never in a lethal manner that would cause the risk of death or serious injury. Even if I can justify my actions because of the perceived threat that the perp' displayed an aggressive or irrational state of mind. It's too easy to cross the line then & the next time. There's fighting & then there's combat. I know the difference.
