After: 2a) 24kg KB One Arm Overhead Carry 2X75ft per side 2b) 32kg KB Suitcase Carry 2X75ft per side
Notes: When I started doing this I felt like I wasn't going to get to much volume. I wasn't feeling it at first but as I mentioned I'm using autoregulation for my rest between all sets. Everything felt good as I got into the session. I love double squatting with KBs. I also love doing carries.

2a) Ab Wheel Rollouts 2X10 2b) KB Suitcase Deadlift 2x5
Notes: I always seemed to have problems with my back in the past when doing Ab Wheel Rollouts for more then one training session. I took my time and just went as far as I would with the stability ball. Felt good just as the suitcase deadlift.

Have you tried an elimination diet? I have tried it Years ago but I don't remember what I did. I know the foods I'm allergic to but all the Years I didn't know have caught up. I'm allergic to diary, soy, cantaloupe, and hazelnut. One of the papers they gave said," Common foods that can worsen reflux symptoms: citrus fruits, chocolate, drinks with caffeine or alcohol, fatty and fried foods, garlic and onions, mint flavorings, spicy foods, tomato based foods. I don't drink caffeine or alcohol, eat fatty or fried foods, or mint flavorings. I never noticed problems with citrus fruit, diary free chocolate, garlic, onions, or tomato based food. Maybe spicy foods. Because of the esophagitis I've always had challenges swallowing some meats. That's one of the reasons I don't eat much or don't like the idea of a canivore diet. Sometimes I would use some kind of sauce or dressing to help with the swallowing.

Notes: I'm really surprised that I have not gotten any soreness from these sessions. When I get to higher reps, I may have to take a little break between the Clean & Press and Squats. The double KB Squats do get me breathing a little heavy. I don't want any fatigue, breathing or muscular while doing any of these sessions. I want to make my 5 & 10 Rep Max feel easy when I'm done with this experiment.

12-10-23: 19:37 minutes 1) One Arm KB Snatches 24kg 4 reps/per arm, 13 sets/per side, 26 total sets 104 total reps 2a) One Arm Palloff Press 2X10 2b) Bodyweight Reverse Hyperextensions 2X10 Notes: Today is the start of the 4th week of this experiment. I feel like it's going pretty good. I'm not much of a minimalist but for me this is a minimalist routine. The change in the reps and the challenge, even though there is not fatigue involved, has me looking forward to these sessions. I was 180lbs when I started this and have went back down to 175lbs. I have been watching my nutrition and calories mostly because of my esphogitus. With these sessions I haven't been doing any direct arm work. I measured my arms at the start of this experiment and will do so after 6 weeks. Visually and work performance I have seen no negative difference. My endurance and lower back endurance is really good just doing these 3 exercises. From stuff I read You lose type 2b and 2x fibers as You get older. According to one of my favorite KB guys You have to lift heavy, explosive, and manage fatigue.
