, I can't understand that article. Must be my 4th grade education. From what I gather, Naringin is found in citrus fruits ( Flavonoids ) peels and regulates signalling pathways and interacts with signalling molecules (like a transmitter and amplifier) and thus has a wide range of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer activities, as well as effects on bone regeneration (Swoboda on re-growing limbs?), metabolic syndrome, oxidative stress, genetic damage and central nervous system (CNS) diseases. A survey revealed naringin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, anti-ulcer, anti-osteoporotic and anti-carcinogenic properties (a LOT of good things)....something like this. Also, as Mox states, ruby red grapefruit peels are best, soak in vinegar overnight, then wash off. Mix with the citrus fruit. It tastes like crap, but the benefit is worth the discomfort. Have not tried it yet. Need to get the grapefruits. Hope this helps! Thanks for the explanation.

Cut the peel "skin deep" into quarters prior to peeling the grapefruit. Save that same peel quarter & throw it in the blender along with the grapefruit. If the taste is still too strong then include a whole tomato. It will take the edge off. Dillweed is good for ur back due to kaempferol content. Kaempferol slows intervertebral disc degeneration by modifying LPS-induced osteogenesis/adipogenesis imbalance and inflammation response in BMSCs.(1) The richest plant sources of kaempferol (mg/100 g fresh weight) are green leafy vegetables, including spinach and kale, and herbs such as dill, chives, and tarragon. The leaves of wild leeks or ramps (100g fresh weight) were reported to contain 32.5 mg of kaempferol.(2) ============ REF: 1) Recent progress regarding kaempferol for the treatment of various diseases (Review) www.spandidos-publications.com/10.3892/etm.2019.7886#2) Dietary Quercetin and Kaempferol: Bioavailability and Potential Cardiovascular-Related Bioactivity in Humans www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC6835347/

This site sells essential oil, but I don't buy from them. Still, this is good info. More info HERE.

A vegan POV on recovering from cancer. Our body is created to heal itself and it does it quickly when we give it the nutrition it needs and avoid toxic frankenfood. I did it. Anyone can. Unlike the guy in this interview, I eat fish, eggs and meat, but I focus on food source and quality, "Eat REAL food, not a lot, mostly plants". He (Skip Stein) is right on about cancer and the barbaric modern cancer "treatments" of cut, poison and burn, which are killing people consistently. He also makes a good point of being able to say "no" to the MD. Most of them are ignorant, uneducated and make money from killing their patients. A good Holistic doc will spend the time to know you and work with you to maximize health and keep you OUT of his office. In the interview, Skip mentions some good resources to check out.
