I bought a 40lb vest years ago and never did much with it. I was wondering do you think there would be a benefit if I just came home from work and wore it around the house for a couple hours a day? Would it build muscle "passively"? Do you think there would be any benefit to it, or will I just get shorter? Good news El Capitan; wear it under an oversized blue blazer and go to your favorite happy hour bar. The MILF and cougars there will think you’re buff and may want to take you for a lay. It might be a breath of fresh air from you usual skanky selections. Or, you can go track down a couple NYC cops and pose with them for a photo in front of a donut shop. Those are your benefit choices, you decide.

Both options sound like winners. Also just putting it on to go to the toilet, that's one squat by default.

I think it would burn some extra calories, not sure if there'd be much other benefit.
