I'm fearless with my polls, have at it and I won't be ducking for cover.
I started doing squats again recently but neglected them in 2021. Something isn't right when I can overhead press a pair of 24kg KB for more reps than I can full squat them but that's my current reality, soon to change. My squats are full-range to be best of my abilities. None of this partial pulse stuff for me.

As a bonus, biceps get some serious work ability arms holding a heavy barbell while doing both front and back squats

Free squats only. Feet placed at different angles and widths. Some lockout, some non-lockout. Some slow, most quick/fast for cardio.

I do squat old son. Sometimes just barbell, sometimes sissy and sometimes one legged. Not heavy these days though, never above maybe 200 pounds.

I don't need to do squat work or training.

Squatting is what Asians do, I'm a white guy? Get your facts straight. We Slavs (the largest single ethnic group of White people on the planet) are the masters of the squat.

This week I was doing my usual bearhug squats when I realised I could hold my arms underneath the sandbag to work the biceps more. If anyone wants to make a youtube video with me where we talk about this for fully fifteen minutes without ever giving a simple demo then call me my friend, we have much to discuss.

I've got a better idea. I'll make a video with two of the other guys here and I'll mention that I know a guy (You) that uses a sandbag like this, m8.

I have only recently got into regular bodyweight squats, usually sink squats in the morning. Gripping the edge of the sink allows me to squat much further down without falling over.

You might need to work on your ankle flexibility. Isometric stretching is the only form of stretching I ever do. Do a stretch on a box or something like in the pic below but push down on your knee with your hands while trying to straighten your leg and keeping your foot in place. Do this isometric for about 10 seconds and switch to the other side and repeat. A few sets of these before you squat should help you squat lower with no assistance in future, m8.

I've got bad knees from years of inactivity. Too much long distance running when I was younger. A bad motorbike accident didn't help either.
