Eudaimonia, your sharing about the star jump workout you do caught my attention. I've found star jumps with some legitimate airborne flight to be very difficult to do with volume. Yesterday I did a Sprint 8 protocol workout with squat jumps and I'd like your comments about how what I did during this workout compares to the workout you're doing with star jumps. Serious request; thanks in advance for commenting. I think you shared your age 60, I'm 66 years and 95 cents. My vertical jump height isn't what it was a couple decades ago.

I’m humble enough to ask for his expert opinion. Besides, Parker isn’t here and he would have been the only other person qualified to answer. |

Speaking of Parker....it appears that he is gone from this site after a certain "Pax Domini sit semper vobiscum" phony viciously attacked him in his go-for-the-throat" style
Parker was never nasty nor did he try to deliberately insult someone....unlike Lord Perfect

Why don't you go drink your cheap red wine diluted with tap water to make it last longer because that's all you can afford. No worries that it's early; your drinking to get nasty drunk has a 24-hour clock; it fuels your negative posts here. It's not your fault you can't handle your liquor, it's genetic.
Why don't you once in a while in your drunk rage post something instructive or inspiring fitness-wise. Tell the newbies here about how you fell out of a tree trying to be a wannabe-gymnast, landing on the pinhead wherein resides your little pea brain. It's how you got your first flat top haircut. Problem is that pea brain got squished and it affected your speech and you've been speaking elderly jibberish ever since, mad at the world, barking at the moon while looking in your own mirror adoring your pockmark face with a bright red nose, like a little Tip O'Neill; mad at the world about your elderly ugliness.
Don't take it out on us, it's not our fault that you're angry, small-brained, speech impaired and stinky. Change your soiled elderly man diaper and you'll feel better. Take a hot shower even though it's only been four days, you'll feel better.
Despite this, we love you for who you are Billstench, or is it Billstiff. Enjoy your miserable day. You spent the first 30 minutes of your day hating yourself, now it's time for you to hate the rest of the world.

I do not really do them any longer. But here you go. I liked them as a good plyo exercise for pre-season training for downhill skiing and for kung fu. It kept me "springy" I also thought of them as a fancy jumping jack like article says. I also did the 180 degree rotation of it because it was much harder and really good for moguls. www.openfit.com/star-jumps-exercise |
