You guys don’t know the Saga of the Walmart Arms.
Summary: Briefly many years ago Bruce and TR (and a few others) were embroiled in an apocalyptic flame war over Biceps and arm sizes. Over the course of a few days the Internet stood still and was nearly broken by this titanic clash of intellects, brawn and keyboard cleverness. The destruction spilled over into other threads and forums like a bad Marvel cross-over storyline. In the desolation that followed, there were no heroes.
Then we returned to other fitness topics.

There is nothing new under sun. I would like to remind the dynamic exercises with a belt loop where you can use the continuous opposite self-resistance of the ipsilateral biceps and the rectus femoris muscle. Using powerful femoris, you can apply the increased force to your biceps during eccentric (down) phase of its work.
P.S. The loop with 2 handles works better as we can apply higher tension.

No matter what your approach, the mind- muscle connection is important.

I see my progress only if I use dynamic self-resistance close to my max.

Some could argue the fact that weights are not needed.

Interesting exercises. I sometimes use the underhand DB bent over row without the deadlift.

I know You guys hate training arms. But I guarantee if You worked with me Your biceps would be burning. After hearing how much guys here hate training arms, I actually tried to notice every movement on my jobs. And Yes there are curling movements. I know, I know, My arms are not going to get bigger, . I don't care about that but I honestly don't see anything wrong with someone training arms. I train my arms separately because I need arm endurance, I don't want chicken skin, , and I like it. Come do some pole sawing or power pruning with me. Not trying to be smart but I guarantee Your biceps will be burning. So having arm endurance keeps my biceps from burning on the job. Yes, I know dips and pullups/chins are all you need for arms. Being that we are different, no matter what I do I feel dips in my chest, chins in my lats, and pullups in lats/shoulders. I do my pullups/chins concentrating on pulling with my elbows. Again, I'm not trying to be smart or reinvent the wheel. Think about it, some people do certain exercises and they hurt them where others thrive on them. Just like the pole sawing and power pruning stuff. Some guys feel it in their elbows and shoulders. I do arm exercises 1-3 times a week depending on what I'm working on. I do them in the evening and depending on what I'm doing, they take 5-10 minutes. Why would I stop doing something that keeps my muscles from burning while doing work activities? , I know You guys are poking fun at Bruce, I get a kick out of that. But if it keeps him motivated to training, why not? You guys are hilarious.
