Are you doing the Darden arm challenge? Yes I did do it. My weight stayed the same and my arms lost about a half an inch in size. My arms felt really solid and my pull ups and dips feel much stronger now. I don't know why I lost size because while I was doing the workout it was intense. But four days to recover, for me anyhow, was way to much. I felt like I could have workout 2 days later. I will say that the slow and negative stuff is definitely stuff I would like to throw in once in awhile to up the intensity.

Henry, 13G protein per dog. 170 kcal, 110 fat cal, carb 4G, sugars 3G. Ingredients: chicken, dried apple, salt, fruit juice concentrate and celery powder in a natural pork casing. This info should be on their website - google; "Aidells chicken apple smoked sausage". They don't look near as good in the pic as they do for real and they are deeeeelicious!

If you feel like you can exercise within two days, go with the feeling.

You lost size because as I said on the other thread, you're not really building any muscle using Bruce's pump routine for such a short period. It's just a temporary increase in fluid and swelling that will go away as soon as soon as you stop pumping. You'd have to add around 15 pounds of muscle to your whole frame to actually build a solid inch of arm size. That'll take a good 2 or 3 years.

I thought the way to bigger biceps is to use creatine, from what I have read it holds water in the muscles, so bigger biceps. As for the title of that vid, there is nothing new about that exercise.

Honestly, I do not understand why to be so crazy for big muscles. Health, speed and strength gaining is much more practical for life.

He lost size with Darden because it simply didn't add size the way mine did. And again, that earth-shattering pronouncement - if you stop working out you'll lose size. That borders on Einstein. So, there ya go, Jacko. Another naysayer. Now you've got two who are trying to convince you of the futility of making any sort of effort.

Did you ever think of that? High speed and big muscle mass are incompatible. Please see how Arnold Schwarzenegger moves in his movies and compare with marshal art guys.

So you say big muscles and speed does not work?

Increased strength may not result in size gains but a strength focus will surely keep you keep you off of the trail trail .

Ali floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. He didn't have the power of Tyson.

I'm saying the size gains were not muscle at all. Nobody gains an inch of muscle in a few weeks -- let alone on a calorie deficit. Even drug users struggle to maintain muscle on a calorie deficit. Jackrow gained and lost fluid, not muscle. Building an actual inch of muscle is a long slow process. As I said, it's at least a few years of work and will require him to gain 15-20 pounds and get significantly stronger.
