I don't know since I'm not interested in tracking that data, but why do you care? We have pierini, the "numbers guy" though. Ask him. If you want exclusively fitness info, sign up on the forum to gain access to the "search" function. The Sierra forum is a treasure chest of fitness information and a properly done search will dig it up. You'll be able to find for yourself, personal accounts of; help received from the info, experiences and opinions regarding exercise, diet and health info shared on the forum. If you need help using the "search" function, just say "please" and I'm sure someone will help you learn how to use it effectively. If you just want to remain a surly lurker, then please stop whining, complaining and criticizing something that you're not a part of. If you think you have valuable info to share, sign up. As a one time offer, tell me what your topic of interest is and I'll do a search for you and post a link on this thread to the results. I'm nearly certain that everything you could ask for has been covered multiple times over. Then you'll have the info you need to help yourself - or not, your choice.

You can't post anything fitness wise here. Because if it doesn't go with what people feel here You're wrong or dumb. If you do a workout it's like the worst thing in the world with guys here. There are a few exceptions here with guys that actually train for something beneficial. If you share something everyone feels there an expert because their way is the only way. If You mention an exercise or a routine, oh my god, that exercise or routine is taboo.

Yeah you will see later. Now someone will post something fitness wise because it was mentioned on this forum. When someone tells you to not do a routine, progressive resistance, no cardio, and many other things, run away as fast as you can.

The Hook and Bruce's ideas are very much alive, as you can see many companies "inspired" by those products selling in amazon. But you may be the one "dead"...think about it for a moment...blackedbelt, JPooh, Gordie and the likes...

So, you and these few guys are the REAL experts who know what exercise is actually something beneficial and everyone else dare not have a different opinion? OK, thanks for explaining. Anyone can post anything they like. Anyone else can have a different opinion to what anyone posts. That's what a forum is. That's how we learn new things.

Years ago, when I discovered sierra and the Hook, I also stumbled upon transformetrics. At first I thought it was a joke, seeing all the specimens there...then I saw the guys waiting for Living Lie, the belt, the "someone sent me an email" thing, the stories, the "cult", the "horror"... The last thing coming out of there was our (un)friend benny, who was actually helped when he had problems with his then girlfriend (now wife?) and received good advice from the guys there only to turn his back on them, etc...
Guy(s), be real, be honest: post with your name, the same you used "there", and let's have a mature exchange of ideas. Oh well, I know it won't happen, but I will laugh my way until you desert (again) from here...

You know what I mean skeleton with hair. If I said something like I do sets, reps or a routine you guys think it's not exercise. No one is suppose to have a goal or sweat. That's a different opinion that you will not except. No one is saying they're an expert but you clowns.

Just do 500 pushups and 500 hindu squats and neck bridge for 15 minutes straight every day for the rest of your life and you'll all be ok. Tight white pants help and grow a ponytail. Be sure to keep your drivers license on you at all times to verify your age with cashiers who request it as your youthful looks from using my methods will make you look like a mere teenager.
If you're really feeling frisky, rip the seatbelts out of a car and pull on them ferociously. Get vaxed as well. Happy holidays.
