Parker, thanks for the advice. Have you ever considered following it yourself? Remember this photo that someone at another forum unearthed. Looks like your approach to satiety isn't working for you. No doubt you talk the talk but you seem to struggle with walking the walk. Remember the gingerbreak cookies? Many here do. A little of this and a little of that. Unless that isn't you in the photo with a couple police officers smiling outside a donut shop. Remember how the image we all had of Andy62 was shattered when John Peterson posted that famous Eiffel Tower photo of him with his lady friend? That's what happened to me when Truthseeker413 posted this photo of you. I had images of you looking like Mark Sisson at the Daily Apple. With all that knowledge and suggestion that you eat healthy, I imagined you looking like a Texan surfer guy, ripped to the bone. I was devastated when I saw that photo. Sort of like how I felt as a boy when I learned that Santa Claus wasn't real. How much do you weigh? How many calories do you eat a day, I know they're all healthy? May I help you with being able to cinch up your belt a notch or two. Think of it as a honorable New Years 2022 resolution. I can help you "eat healthy. If you want my help, first buy a couple rolls of duct tape. I'll take it from there. If that photo isn't you, then my apologies. Truthseeker413, whoever he is (was), hit a homerun with that photo. I'm sure there are many here who have saved it on their hard drive. Final comment, healthy eating is eating at an appropriate calorie level. You don't get a big belly by eating healthy which, again I describe as eating as little as possible to be as strong as you need to be for the lifestyle you're living. And, with regard to a comment you made on another thread, "feels like a Gordon Anderson play . . .", that big belly of yours looks like the ultimate Gordon Anderson play. When was the photo taken and how many donuts did you eat that day?

And, with regard to a comment you made on another thread, "feels like a Gordon Anderson play . . .", that big belly of yours looks like the ultimate Gordon Anderson play. When was the photo taken and how many donuts did you eat that day? Well, lets see Pierini. First, you don't have anything about the photo correct. - The photo was at a NYC coffee/donut shop around 9 or 10pm after a meeting downtown mid-winter. I was walking back to my hotel after some work and I offered to buy the two officers coffee as we were walking & talking. - Do you happen to see where my hands/arms are? Look on the left side -- hands are in the vest pushing foward. Also have a heavy sweater, shirt and two t-shirts on as I didn't have a coat. Nice try, P. I'd pointed this out before when someone tried to start s*&t with this photo the first time. I'm not Michael Shawn ripped, but I'm not Gordon Anderson either. Texas surfer? Now you're dipping into the lying (typical). I posted another pic shortly after this idiocracy came up and it showed no "belly". Again, you're spinning nonsense you don't have correct. Gordon Anderson play? Right -- no big belly then, no big belly now. I forgot this is how you act when someone tells you that your stuff isn't right, P. Kind of like when you talked s%$t to a board member like you were better than them not too long ago. Or talking trash about people years ago while your signature had some biblical picture on it and getting called out for the contradiction. St Pierini -- always holier than thou. Just ask him.

Porker, here’s something I use in my healthy eating journey, try some; I know it’ll help you. To repeat what I said before, eat as little as possible to be as strong as you need to be and to have the energy for the lifestyle you’re living. With this approach, you’ll naturally gravitate towards food choices that nourish your body, fuel it and leave you satisfied. I think these are the foods you call healthy. They cease to be healthy when you eat them to excess which will give you a big belly. My Dad would call it, “pus gut.” But, I do thank you for your knowledge. Believe it or not, I’ve learned a thing or two from your sharing. And, I’ve learned not to be a hypocrite, and to be transparent. Finally, I acknowledge that I’m not perfect and have defects as a person, both character and behavior ones. Yet, I’m always willing to share what little I know by my own example. Try it, you might like it. Merry Christmas greetings to you and your family. Let them have the last Christmas cookie rather than you. Let’s tighten your belt up a notch or two for the New Year. facebook share link code

" Folks, I've got to be rigorously honest with myself about the direction this topic eventually went. It has been a wake-up call helping me see the fuzzy and sometimes difficult to see "line in the cyberspace sand" of where I want to spend my internet time. The beauty of the internet and the freedom of speech we all enjoy makes many expressions possible such as this one. I have been a recipient many times over of this personal expression liberty. And what I'm sharing now is just another example of this free expression liberty with no effort on my part to to condemn the expressions you choose to make. Thank you for your cyberspace friendship and the many barrels of laughs we have all had. It's time for me to spend time elsewhere. " Not the entire post, but it has most of the original content As the phone rings in the Newton residence....."Hello Greg, it's me again"..... sob

Park, I think you look great, welcome back ...and for everyone else: In all seriousness, we have our fun here and most of the time it's just that....fun We've had some epic exchanges between Mags and Park...remember the picture of the "S.S. Park" ? I laughed until I cried There's no need to get out of line....most of us are here to not only exchange ideas and information, but also to have a few laughs We should all, including yours truly, keep it that way

Wise words billfish. As Mr. Lalanne would say: "Exercise is king. Nutrition is queen. Put them together and you've got a kingdom."
If you see pictures of maxalding pupils like Allan Mead, Syd Baker, Billy Ralph, Ernest Allen, Walter Stocker, etc...and of course Maxick and Saldo, you will see that those guys managed to get very far with very little food, "science", "protocols" and the likes. Zass, the same (with a pair of proto-Hooks). They are my examples.
"You shall probably ask me now what kind of exercises I practised and how often I repeated them. I must confess that I can’t recall this early details. But I shall tell you ”how” I practised. There was for me only one thought and one desire - to become strong - and everything else had to bow before this unconditional goal." (You are as strong as you wish to be, Maxick)
Now, let's go training like our lives depend on it (they really do).
