Nice conditioning session Ben! I skimmed through the sledge and the slams because I have to leave soon. How many rounds did You do? If You don't mind me asking, What size is Your KB? I'm guessing 24 KG/53LBS? I have KBs from Rogue. I have two 16kgs, two 20 kgs, one 24kgs, and one 28kgs.

Ben You are looking in better shape than the last time I saw You, Good Job! About How long did this session take? I sometimes do a lot of circuits but not the same exercises You use. I rest 1 to 2 minutes in between circuits depending what I'm doing. Serious question, why not rest between every circuit?

I rest 1 to 2 minutes in between circuits depending what I'm doing. Serious question, why not rest between every circuit? Thanks a lot man I appreciate that. That workout wasn't very long, overall with the rest periods, maybe 15 min if that with the majority of it resting . I didn't time it so I'm estimating. Because it's an animal movement circuit I would take rest periods just to catch my breath and let the build up die down a bit and shoot for a couple more rounds. With other circuits using pushups, step ups, kicks, punches, squats that sort of stuff, I just keep going with no rest and will do 10 rounds straight through. Depending on the circuit and my pace those workouts range from 15-35 minutes. Longest circuit I've done without stopping is 10 rounds of exercises in 45 min.

Ok Thanks for the response. A lot shorter than I though, Good stuff Ben. I'm doing some experiments myself but circuits, KB complexes, PHA Training, etc... interest me. I love training this kind, even though I don't do animal training. Keep up the good work and Thanks for sharing.
