This is an excerpt from Bob Paris's book " Prime" in which he demonstrates some exercises combining self resistance and visualized resistance. He recommends 4 seconds in the dynamic portion (either direction) and 3 seconds in the static portion (both ends), 10 to 20 reps, 1 to 4 sets per exercise, cycle all exercises in sequence preferably.
