Anyone that exercises I'm happy for so I would agree with Macky. Yeah some exercises may look funny to some but others enjoy it. I'm sure I look pretty stupid doing some things but I could care less. That's one of the reasons I never put any videos out there. When You put Yourself out there someone is going to say something. But if You worry about that stuff You will drive Yourself crazy. You'd be better off living Your life, having fun with Family and Friends. Plus if the exercises You do feel good, You're having fun with them, and getting the results You want, who cares what someone else thinks. It's just writing on a forum. There seems to be a lot of trolls on here lately, . I agree Michael. Yes this really is me guys, I signed up again and going to stick around a while. I did guest post as This Is Ben Bergman. Michael, you're a kind and humble guy and I want to thank you for being who you are. The questions that I asked as This Is Ben Bergman....Here are the answers. My father's real name is Karl, not Richard. Richard is his middle name if you ever saw his name on my Facebook friends list. What happened on July 28th, 1999? I turned 15, I was at a place called Bass Lake near Mariposa, California where my grandma lives and still lives there at age 95. On that birthday, I jumped 10 ft off a railing into the lake and face planted into the water, I got out and blood was gushing out of my nose and my towel looked like something out of a horror movie. I cleaned up and as a way to take my mind off of what happened, I went to go see the Haunting that was in theaters at the time. Nov 23rd, 2003 was my dad's birthday. I was being a dumb 19 year old and went a play at my old high school which I now regret, I gave him a mediocre present that didn't mean much and only stayed for a few seconds. June 28th, 2006 was the day I met my first official girlfriend and stayed with her a week shy of 5 years. December 12th, 2017 was my mom's 67th birthday and the night I proposed to my now wife. My dad was born in Los Altos, California and my mom was born in Arlington, Massachusetts. My parents were married in 1981 in Santa Clara, CA. They didn't go to Vegas, they went to Hawaii for their honeymoon, they were officially divorced in 1989. I did have some bad history here and I know some won't like it that I'm here but my plan is to check in every now and then, respond to some posts or share some things if anybody is interested and the picture you see on my avatar is completely brand new that was taken earlier at 2:16 pm.

I don't care about all of that. I just "liked" the exercises that I liked that you posted .... there were two of them ...... or whoever posted them, I don't care. Of course, I like the chimp walk since it motivated me to try it ..... well, not really, it was Bruv's post of his wife laughing at him that motivated me to try it.

It always cracks me up. Mrs BigBruvOfEnglandUK thought it was hilarious when I copied it but one of the cats nearly shit herself and went and hid under a bed until she felt it was safe to come out.

Well I'm glad you love it even if it's giving me a hard time about it. Not everyone will agree with what people do or how they do it. I do things for fun and to still be motivated to do something whether goofy or seriously crazy.

Good that I didn't know about the cat's reaction, m8. I might not have tried it!

Ben just some advice. I'm not trying to be smart but this post is putting Yourself out there. You can post whatever You want but most people don't care and You have to have thick skin if You put personal stuff on the internet. You have to let stuff go, learn how to joke and take a joke. I do thank You for the compliment. We all get mad and may disagree but if You think about it, where's it going to get us?

You're right, I also just felt the need to prove who i'am because I can't stand people trying to use my name whether it's good or bad, it's not right. Nobody should have to do that but it is what it is. Can I take a joke, sure, if you're friends with me and like to poke jokes at each other that's great but not at the expense of doing it behind somebody's back and using their name and doing whatever possible to make others believe you're that person. Anyways, thank you for the advice, I do appreciate it. There should be only one me or you or somebody else, not someone trying to be somebody else cause it's just petty and dumb.

I hope we can just put this thing aside and take it for what it is. It's good to be back honestly and hope to share and be helpful if I can.

Know enough that you're a man of your word and know where to draw the line. I respect you and I believe you're a good man. I wish Bruv thought so, too. The point is, members here, past and present, know very little about me because NOBODY GIVES A FUCK! Nobody logs on here slathering with anticipation for my latest expose of my personal trials and tribulations. People here are are experienced, dedicated, and knowledgeable fitness enthusiasts who share information about workouts, different exercise protocols, what works, what doesn't work, etc., and couldn't care less that my favorite color is orange.
