Once upon a time there was a fat english strongman. He had a terrible falling out with a lumbering icelandic mountain (who liked to implode opponents' heads). They decided to make the big bucks with a scrap to settle their differences. Both incorporated hardcore step aerobics in their training and lost a lot of blubber. The brit was still a fatty, but a slimmed down fatty with a knockout punch. In fact his punch was so devestating, he knocked out his own chances of fighting in september when he punched so hard his bicep decided to split. But fear not, he retained his alpha manhood by filming his own surgery. The icelandic (now a beanpole) sulked a bit before throwing down the rusty gauntlet to all challengers. Lo and behold, verily did step forward a bent armed arm bender from the canadian special forces and the date was set.
September 18th, Hafthor Bjornsson versus Devon Larratt

Larrat is a savage but gonna have to use hooks as he can't straighten his arms. He is ex-Canadian Special Forces and I believe a hand to hand combat instructor, meaning he can fight - we'll see about boxing. And he has much better cardio so I think he wins unless Thor gets a fast hard shot to the cranium in quick. More than 3 minutes and Thor gonna gas. We'll see.

There are only two things you can do wrong in boxing and they are get hit or get tired.

Thought Thor looked ridiculous in his first "exhibition match" but presumably he's been training full time for something like a year now so maybe he will do well against a much smaller guy who probably hits a bag twice a week.

I hope Devon beats his liver into a pulp and we can watch a mountain crumble.

Well I stand up next to a mountain, chop it down with the edge of my hand.

Tyson always said it was 'the guy who wanted it the most'. I think that fits Devon more between the two.

Larratt will have had one month's training, and said for the first couple weeks his elbows hurt too much to punch properly.
