I thought I was creative when I came up with The Bronx Get Up where I would hold a power twister compressed and go from standing to prone and back to standing multiple times. This fellow was much more creative.

Your movement sounds pretty cool too though, deucegunner.

Sounds like we're on the same page, more or less (no barbell for me). Thanks for mentioning what he does, m8, or I might have missed him. I have a power twister, but I don't use it, so the OP didn't grab me. The only thing I haven't used on that list is a satellite dish.

No problem, I was glad OP posted because I had forgotten old beardy. Nice to drop in and see what he is up to, never a dull moment with old Captain Haddock.

Nice one deuce. I noticed as the video progressed that "Captain Haddock's" hands got closer and closer to the spring. I haven't got the device, but imagine that would be tougher the closer he got.

The one he's pumping is MUCH higher resist than mine. I like my stones though. Very happy with the tools I use. Like I heard him say in one of the interviews that I am now binge listening, it's just play. I kinda wonder if d.j. is reading our posts, m8s? He's much stronger and much younger than I, but our philosophy of exercise is well aligned.

This is my favorite twister in my collection simply because you can vary the intensity by holding your hands closer to the spring. Or use uneven hand spacing for a different thrill.
