Today in the Senior Centre (at the Boy's and Girl's Club) Weight Room . . .
Since I have to get my strength back up - got into StrongLifts 5X5 Workout A. It was hard work, luv that Olympic Bar they have.
My Weight Room days at the B&GC are Tuesdays and Thursdays, my apartment building Fitness Centre will be Sundays. Dumbbells up to 50lbs and a multi machine which is pretty good. Good on ya old son. Big fan of the low rep stuff, particularly love singles and ideally anything less than a single too.

This specific bacterium aids in building muscle for the over 60 crowd & can be bought from any science supply company without a license required online if u choose to go that route. Just add stated bacterium to any milk culture of your choosing or buy a food product infused with it. That's listed below too. Lactobacillus plantarum L. plantarum is commonly found in many fermented food products including sauerkraut, pickles, brined olives, Korean kimchi, Nigerian Ogi, sourdough, and other fermented plant material, some cheeses, fermented sausages, and stock fish.(1) The administration of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, and Lactobacillus ingluviei is associated with weight gain, whereas the administration of L. plantarum and Lactobacillus gasseri is associated with weight loss in obese humans and animals [32].(2) REF: (1) Lactobacillus plantarum TWK10 Improves Muscle Mass and Functional Performance in Frail Older Adults: A Randomized, Double-Blind Clinical Trial | HTML www.mdpi.com/2076-2607/9/7/1466/htm(2) Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum Strain K21 on High-Fat Diet-Fed Obese Mice www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4353445/TWK10® Sports Probiotic | Lonza www.capsugel.com/consumer-health-nutrition-products/twk10-probioticProbiotics or pro-healers: the role of beneficial bacteria in tissue repair - PubMed pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29315980/

This specific bacterium aids in building muscle for the over 60 crowd - Lactobacillus plantarum I have some Jamieson's 10 billion Probiotic caps that I take once in a while that has Lactobacillus Plantarum in it, the rest in food and sometimes get Prebiotic bread. Take it everyday & combine it with a daily restricted eating window. It magnifies the results.

Be careful about the intake of any simple sugars or fructose too because they inhibit proliferation of the good microbiomes & their metabolite byproducts in ur gut. That's why sugar is bad: it kills off the Microbiota like chugging down alcohol.
