A tape measure, mirror and a scale is less expensive and easily accessible. You just have to be honest with Yourself and how You feel health wise. None of us are in bodybuilding competitions. Honestly I just watch my waist line. If Your waist line is smaller or the size You want it but Your weight is higher You probably have more muscle. Agree. Navy BF test measures waist, neck and wrist I believe. Some prefer a little more detail and the DXA-Scan delivers based on my experience. That guy is claiming that "big boned is not a thing" ?...what is he, a f'cking comedian ?...

I never said that, I like training calves on a standing machine I did 460lbs for 10 reps. Sorry, my response edit didn't cut well.

I don't think plant base is the answer it's overeating. Eat moderately, it's disgusting how many fat fucks we see nowadays, even the poor are obese "what the fuck". A 5' 9" bloke over 160lbs is overweight and eating too much, it doesn't matter if the extra weight it's fat or muscle.
Henry, that chart is total bullshit. I'm not all that much taller than 5' 9", I'm closer to 5' 11" but with my frame and bone structure I would look like a concentration camp victim at 160 pounds. My wrists are almost 9" in diameter and I've never trained my calves yet they're a muscular 20 inches according to the tape measure. That stupid chart doesn't take any of that into account... As a matter of fact I've dieted down around near 210 a few times and heard nothing but complaints from people... ... "you're too skinny" and "get the fuck outta here with that, you don't look right"... and that's at 210 ! "....never trained my calves yet they're a muscular 20 inches". Those aren't calves, they're COWS ! EDIT: My calves are 15.75 at 206 lbs. right now and my ankle is 9.75 and I wear a size 12 shoe all at 6'1" hahahaha!

Directions for salad before bed The normal rule of thumb is to not eat anything 2 hours before bed and to drink nothing unless it’s water 2 hrs before bed – this rule is true – however it has 2 exception - BROCCOLI and a special salad with extra tomatoes and olive oil. Broccoli can be raw or cooked (as per file How to cook veggies properly – ie only put veggies into already boiling water and do not use a lid and take out 10 mins later (do not turn off and leave there!) ) If cooked you can add butter and salt and pepper and onion salt – no garlic salt b4 bed though please…. Salads can only be iceberg or romaine as these are ONLY 2 sources on planet of special substance - 4 roma tomatoes means it can be any tomato that equals the amt of 4 romas in tomatoes quantity and olive oil - other things that can be put on salad are salt/pepper/onion salt/olives/ white onion / radish/lemon juice / NO VINEGAR/no garlic salt b4 bed please…. - these are all I can put on them for this special salad – day time salad you can do whatever you want like red bell pepper cucumber almond toasted slivers etc etc (chicken?)GARLIC SALT ETC … whatever… the point is the night time salad is special – since I do not care of the taste of the salad made at night I simply put 4 romas in a blender with tsp of olive oil – drink them and then do a bugs bunny on the ½ head of org iceberg or ½ romaine (which is same as one of the romaine out of those 3 pack romaines they sell in grocery) (if you double the salad you double the tomatoes or this will back fire!!! Keep that in mind please! ) Do this faithfully and your liver will turn over and become unable to put fat on your body – eventually it will seriously tighten skin over whole body and lastly it will youth you and get you up earlier and happier every day of your life - you will in fact eventually become fat proof and will return to how you were when 16yo … it flips the “fat” switch in your liver “off” to do this and fat comes off you in loads really quickly somewhere around the 90th day or 180th day - everyone is different – it worked on me starting on the 35th day (when I was 30 yo - wish I had kept it up – sighL ) anywhoo… keep this in mind for great health There’s a limit to any good that can be done to your body as long as you keep drinking the super poison aspartame from diet drinks… you need to give that up and learn the wonders of honeyaid!!! Lemon/honey/water and lemon oil! What are you waiting for! 2 lemon in 4 cups water with 4 tbl of honey and 7 drops lemon oil! Go get it! Get addicted to that instead!!!
