Good range drill. I Seem to remember someone once offering their faultless view that burpees were a drill formulated for soldiers to condition them to go prone and get back up because of course that is what soldiers do.

Fair enough. I've got bursitis in the back of one knee so I avoid any kind of jumping. I can shoot though, m8s.

I asked him what was the ammo cost of that workout. He prefaced with and then answered $200.

If the conditioning part of the drill was the most important part of it for you, the drill could be done with with a good repeating airsoft or air gun repeating handgun to cut costs. Or to go real cheap, do some burpees then throw a rock and yell GRENADE OUT!!!!!!
