108F degrees today in my part of the world with low humidity as in 10 percent and about 2,300 feet elevation. I worked out very early this morning at a park for about one hour and went swimming this afternoon. No outdoors labor or anything else rigorous.
It's almost 7:00 pm in my part of the world and I've drank 16 cups of water. Can't seem to get enough today.

Thanks, I use an electrolyte supplement although not yesterday. Supposed to be 108F again today. Got my early morning workout done by 6:30 am. Temperature was already 82F degrees with 23 percent humidity. That humidity will drop as temperature rises.
