F. I've always been against women and men sharing the same gym space. It's possibly the only time when I believe in segregation of the sexes.
Men as well as women have to have their own space, and trying to stand up with a heavy squat weight on one's shoulders doesn't do well, when a whiff of perfume or other primal smell drifts into the snorer.
Women have invaded every last men's space possible in this day and age. Guys in the office are subject to women dressed like Ladies Of The Night once were. All day long. Bars, armed forces' front lines. No wonder many guys get home at night exhausted in front of their puzzled wives. They've had enough of the opposite sex for the day.
Guys should be left alone to train, sans females parading around in Kuntuggers and dressed for action, but more than just the gym equipment. Many mixed gyms are little more than pick-up joints anyway.
That's another reason why I've trained alone at home for the last X number of years.

I went to a gym one time as a guest with my brother. , it was called, "Man's World". I didn't like the atmosphere and never went back to a gym. Always trained at home.

From David Goggins : , work harder Hahaha Goggins has issues. Nobody could ever question his toughness or work ethic, unbelievable, but he pushes way too hard - he ended up almoat dying due to his exercise on more than one occasion. Not knocking him, but he is another level and working too hard can meas you up too.

I was never a regular gym rat, but when I went I fell into the F category. However, I always kept a lookout for the eye candy.

Workout time is meditation time. The only public place I've ever used is the park in the morning hours when it mainly empty.

The only gym I really liked was the boxing gym I ran for a few years. I had my rings, the ring, heavy bags, skip ropes etc and was usually alone from opening at 1PM to 3PM. During the nice Spring and Fall days, I'd have the front door and big side rollup door open and the music blasting I had great workouts there And there was no women and no preening guys.....the only rule was "no spitting in the ring"

It works both ways, macky. Think of how many elliptical accidents could have been avoided...
