Bryce was one of my mentors. Its actually the "Have it all" program. I was maybe the first to use and log this workout on-line many years ago. I was the one that coined it 50/20 because it much easier to type. Bryce didn't mind, so it stuck and he even started calling it "that 50 rep thing".

Wonder what happened to Bryce? He exited forum life rather suddenly although did drop a clue that he had a health issue.

He duked it out with Andy one time and posted some funny shit, something about Andy being like a little yapping dog barking at squirrels while confined to a small carpet outdoors.

I think Parkinsons is maybe what he had. From what I could find is that his wife may have passed away, but I can't find anything of him passing away.

I'm no expert but I felt the same as you  about when he finished. Maybe after the video cut off he straightened up?  I hope so....Posture is so important....particularly as we age.....

Mr.P, When someone is squatting with weight the breath hold is to protect the lower back.
