Learned by viewing this video that I've been pronouncing a lot of words wrong. I'm going to shave my head and work on my pronunciation.

About 5 yrs ago, I decided to try to get down to 10%BF. I went on this journey, 6 months before my wife and I went to Hawaii, I got down to 9% 2 weeks before we went , I felt sluggish and not really myself, went to Hawaii, had a few Mai Tai’s, well more than a few! ate good, and decided that was enough for me, having a sensible diet, stay active and move, and everything in moderation is a better way to go , I think. It is good to hear from you, DDH. I haven't seen you around for a long time. Of course, I have been busy working and not coming here all that frequently myself. You used to have a forum about body composition and aging, as I recall. Do you still maintain that?

Cheers for your sister. 800 calories is a tad low for most people. I advocate smaller average daily calories deficits.

I had a copy of his book. I think I found it on ebay and I'm pretty sure it was autographed. He was quite an interesting character. His vegetarian diet is not for me though, m8s.

Like a week ago I started talking about building 20lbs of muscle, and eating some 20-30grams of protein every 3 hours. The one thing I have noticed is I am not craving all the crap I would normally eat. It is a struggle to eat that often though, as I just don't have an appetite for it. I have started doing a couple protein drinks a day with lactose free milk, half a scoop of whey powder, and two raw eggs, that alone will add a good 60 grams a day in protein I wasn't formerly getting. Even if I stay the same weight hopefully the upping of protein and lowering of garbage carbs will result in this "body re-composition" somewhat. But tomorrow being Thanksgiving, fuhgetaboutit. Back to it on Friday.

Back to it on Friday. I remember the days of forced eating every few hours. I was not hungry either as was always eating. It became like a chore to eat when not hungry. More visits to the potty for sure. Also found I would get tired as the intestines were constantly working and at night, would wake up super hungry at like 1am because the body was so used to regular feedings every few hours. It does work though.
