I thought this video was pretty funny because of some of the stuff he was saying. Whether You agree with his points or not You can decide for Yourself. I just thought his dry sense of humor was entertaining.

Entire view here. dude is super funny; good content. He’s heavily-muscled with some killer traps.
I use the My Fitness Pal app and have for past 970 consecutive days. I swear by it and have no plans on stopping. I acknowledge that many people skin the cat without it and good for them.
Last 7 days, my macros were 48 percent carbs, 39 percent fats and 13 percent protein. I don’t manage my macros but eat intuitively. It’s been hot so I’m eating more fruit and nuts. I don’t drink calories.
Thanks for sharing Michael, that dude is very funny.

I watch some of his videos because he says some funny stuff. As You know Pierini I use the My Fitness Pal app from time to time. If I'm trying to accomplish something I'll try to keep my macros in somewhat of a consistent percentage.
Pierini, did You check the link he posted for blood work? When You go to a doctor and get blood work don't they check what he was talking about?

I used Direct Labs when I was into getting blood work done and bypassing a doctor since I don’t have a primary care physician. That panel in the link is a good one for the price. I think it’s good to get a testosterone panel once in a while and TSH. There’s also a lab test to measure homocysteine levels. Anything that helps you better know yourself and your wellness is money well spent in my book. I don’t hesitate spending my own money to get what I want to know. I’ll never be hostage to my health insurance.

I started getting my T levels checked about 5 yrs ago, and I think it’s a good idea to say on top of that, the one thing is, when I get my yearly physical and blood work done, I have to tell my doctor that I want to have them check my T levels, because if you don’t mention it to them , it’s not part of the regular blood work. So make sure you mention it to your doctor, at least I have to.

I paid it, but wonder if I got 'taken'.

brothersteve, the test would show up on the print out you should receive with your complete blood work, mine was usually at the end of the print out, The test is a separate charge for me to , but I figure, once a year, it’s worth it, if it doesn’t show on your print out, I would call your doctor and ask them.

I did see it on the results as well.
What I meant was I wondered if it could have been included at no extra charge and it was just the doc's discretion not to commonly order it for everyone, but apparently thats not the case.
Thanks!

I asked my nurse about testosterone test and she asked if I have erections, then she said your testosterone is good after my reply. For clarification, Henry’s reply was “I have one right now.”

No problem Michael, glad I could help, my friend told me when I started to get my testosterone checked, to make sure I ask my doctor for the test, yes it cost extra , but it’s only once a year, so I figure it’s worth it, and my T levels are excellent for my age, knock on wood, as we get older keeping up in our T levels are important.
