Only 2:00 in and I can tell I'll need to come back to this to finish.
One of the things I've never mentioned, but I've been doing for at least 50 years is to keep my feet parallel when I walk. I learned this from history, studying the indigenous North American people. Footprints showed that, without modern footwear, their natural gait was feet straight ahead. Actually, at times throughout, I've intentionally pronated (? ie turned feet inward) to make straight ahead feel normal. Walking barefoot as much as possible helps too.
