I’ve heard lots of good things about Ted,but I can’t imagine a more boring routine than high rep push-ups throughout the day. It seems to me that this approach would cause significant cognitive dulling, after droning on for weeks, months, years, of high rep push-ups. YMMV.

Thanks for sharing. The first ailment is something that afflicts the Crossfit crowd. I think about hydration levels and electrolytes all the time living in Arizona and actually bought some electrolyte mix to add to my water every now and then. Doing my workouts early in the morning (91F degrees this morning at 6:15 am) has become necessary since I'm an outdoor workout guy. Joining the public pool yesterday for a $35 season pass will turn out to be one of my smarter investments to stay cool this summer. But no high diving boards (or low ones) like the good old kid days.

That's stuff is pretty scary. Never took any exercise that far. But I know I have took some work days pretty far, which is not good. A couple things I do now, especially doing tree work, is drink mineral water and water with electrolytes. When I just drink water all day my hamstrings tend to cramp up.

That's a pretty nice pool, definitely worth $35. I'd be there everyday, .

You can make your own electrolyte mix....my wife looked it up on the internet because she gets cramps in her legs sometimes

Pierini, my wife and I are thinking about moving to Arizona , too high taxes here in Cali and to much BS here .We’re going to check out some places in Arizona. Always room for another Californian in my small town provided they leave their blue politics there. I love my property tax bill, lower auto and home insurance, lower income taxes, no traffic, friendly government office employees willing to help and speaking English you can understand. Small town America isn't for everyone and the temperature can be rough for a Bay Area transplant. There are cooler areas with Prescott being popular. Wishing you the best in your search. Reach out to me if you want to talk more.

Thank you again. The Honky Tonk Man lives in Gilbert. Great time to sell California real estate. I just sold another one. Wishing you the best.

I used to have the same problem in Summer. Now I drink a lot of orange juice which I put salt in it and also take multi mineral tablets. Cramp isn't a problem any more, m8.
