Forgot about Dave Yarnell. He's been on the forums for a long time. Was he a Bronze Bow person long ago or am I confusing that with some other fitness forum? I gave him a copy of my first book and believe he wrote a review of it. He's banged out a lot of books. Good to see he's still breathing. Thanks for sharing.

He use to be on the old EZboard forums before it went Tapatalk. EZboard went Yuku and then Takacrap. I remember David Yarnell. He used to post a lot on the Sierra forum. A nice guy. |
