Looking for experienced input, please.
I seem to have injured my foot. I think I stepped on a rock in the wrong way. I was push mowing and after it sore. I look and a blood blister has appeared. Found THIS, which sounds accurate description.
Anything?

I’m dealing with a callous under my big toe . . It developed a split on the edge of it, about a quarter inch opening, a little wider than a knifes edge. I’m treating it it by soaking in warm water and Epsom salts. After toweling off, I slather coconut oil all over my feet and put on cotton socks. The skin has softened, and the split is starting to close up. Doing this daily, and may add it several times a week in the future to prevent from happening again. Hiking and scrambling can be hard on the feet.
I know this isn’t quite the same as dealing with a blood blister, but this method may very well provide some relief and healing.
