I purchased a slant board after watching some of the Knees over toes guys stuff. I received it Saturday and did a few sets of body weight squats and Jefferson Curls with 10lb dumbbells on it after my main workout. I was pretty tired from my training already but man this thing smoked my lower quads, and the back was pumped to the max. I think this is something that one can get maximum returns with light weights. I think the mobility benefits are actually enough on theiy're own, but I think there is some real strength that I have untapped that I can reach with this device.

JRMP, I never seen anything like this before. Can You show a picture of how it's used for the exercises You mentioned? I just going to do the basics on mine, goblet or weight vest squats for higher reps, Jefferson Curls, standing and sitting calf raises. I actually bought it for my daughters rehab after her ACL surgery Thursday. Played around with and realized what it can do for me too.

The knees over the goes guy's protocols are likely geared to the young and fit but with some modifications, we geezers can benefit from them. In my case, I hope to improve balance and range of motion issues .

Another possible benefit with a suitably modified knees over toes workout is increased walking speed with no pain.

from tonight 06-02-21 Sumo Rack Pull+chains- 575x1PR! Slant Board KB Goblet Squat- 25lbsx4x25 Slant Board Jefferson Curl- 45lbsx2x15 Pulldown Abs- 2x15 I beat my straight weight record by 25lbs tonight plus chains! Man, if I had only known how good this would have worked for me years ago I would have no doubt a been a 600lb+ deadlifter. I do think the Front Squats are really helping my Sumo pulls. Actually felt like I had even more in the tank. My pants caught me fingers a bit and started to peel them a bit.
