You are not in your 50's lardy but this applies to everyone in regards to what Mike calls trigger foods.

The Lancashire Hotspots will need to figure out what real food is before they can find the ones to avoid.

, Gruntbrain I'm confused. I Like some of the stuff the other guys said. What Whiffet said resonated with me when I lost weight. I don't believe someone has to go to extremes if they can control themselves but at that time I could not. Being a person who had a problem with food, stress was one of my triggers. You could have something that triggers You. One thing You could do is keep all treats and junk out of Your house. If You're like I was, You see You'll eat it. If You eat well-balanced meals and healthier versions of food You enjoy You shouldn't need to treat Yourself too much. Once You get going save treats for special occasions. When I know I'll be eating stuff on special occasions I'll fast or eat much lighter earlier in the day. The way You eat to lose weight should be sustainable and enjoyable even if You're in a slight calorie deficit. I used to have a couple of glasses of wine as a stress relief. It always ends bad as the wine stimulates my appetite and I go on an eating binge. If it was just once a week it might be ok, but the problem is that it is fun! So a couple of days later I’m craving another wine and food night and it is really tough to fight the urge. So avoiding altogether works for me. Exactly! I didn't have access to much food when I was a kid and teenager. So when I was older and able to buy my own food I went crazy. I probably developed a eating disorder, who knows. In 2008 it caught up to me and I realized I was fat at 225lbs. I use to work with a guy that was the same height as me. He weighed about 240lbs, he was fat but worked like a horse. I don't know how guys like him and Magnus being the same height as me and out weighing me now, by well over 100lbs, can feel good at their weight. I guess a freak of nature. I believe in everything that guy said in Duece's video, really good advice. Out of site out of mind.

I admit David Goggins has an unbelievable strict approach to weight loss and fitness so consider just using a fraction of what he advocates . Do only as much as you can tolerate .

For losing weight, a martial arts master, Master Zhen Hua Yang from yang mian has an exercise where you bend the legs slightly and let your arms swing back and forth vigorously. I’ve been doing it recently and lost two or three kgs in a month.

NOTE: The affect of those drinking gargantuan quantities of veggie stock (Never put salt in that by the way) is amazing to see even though there are NO enzymes in it! The vits and mins and ester oils from it are there though! Keep that in mind… but those vits and mins are NO longer in the veggies – those veggies are dead and worthless now… Just watch the transformation of the human body and face when drinking it on a regular basis! Wow! It’s all in the veggies stock, vit and min tea basically now with all the ester oils waiting for you! Want to see the human face build impossibly beautiful and wonderful amounts of collagen and elastin enough to scare the beegeebees out of any plastic surgeon? … eat veggies cooked properly – always with onions and use butter and good salt and pepper (see salt file) – pepper will increase absorption by up to 20x (it is not a poison – this again was disinformation put out there – to make sure you stayed away from it) – just use a decent and small amount of it with veggies…not a lot. www.extremehealthradio.com/how-to-cook-veggies-and-a-recipe-by-robert-von-sarbacher/

Make everyday a cheat day and enjoy one chocy biscuit or a small sticky bun every day. I'd have to have something else because one a packet of chocolate biscuits get opened, they're being dunked in tea and go down far too easily, before last week it wasn't uncommon for me to consume a full packet like this every other day , I could perhaps work something though xD Stopping at one is where will power comes in. Failing that, have a couple of kids and you'll be lucky to get even one biscuit.

Failing that, have a couple of kids and you'll be lucky to get even one biscuit. Set yourself up to succeed by making the decision not to indulge the first one. If Clarence Bass would be on this forum, he would tell you the same thing. Instead, substitute a healthier alternative. Never try to test your supposed "willpower" against the addictions you've allowed your gut bugs to have. They will win every time. Then, you feel like a failure every time because you haven't been able to resist an irresistible chemical demand from your body. You already know this doesn't work. "If you want your head to stop hurting, stop hitting it with a hammer." "Willpower" has nothing to do with it and neither does "failure". It's just biochemistry.
