Of course. Before putting the cart to use, I am going to line the inside with plastic with plastic tubes going down through the holes. Consider a can of this stuff !

Hard to believe.
Flex Seal. Brilliant! I actually have some. I sprayed a couple of grips on a couple of knives I have for a rubber grip. Works real good. I can get more from Ace.

I think most of the crappy reviews are user error. I've used Flex Seal and similar stuff that you can buy at Walmart to seal things like porous commercial evaporator drain pans, resealing seams in commercial refrigerated cases, etc., and it will definitely hold up if applied correctly.

I used flexseal glue to put together my cat house. That stuff is incredible. It's as though the components are welded together.
