Greg Newton finally posted a fitness video on his YouTube channel and I think he looks pretty good for a newly-minted sexagenarian. Happy Birthday Greg Newton, enjoy your youth because I have lint in my belly button older than you!

My only critique would be for Greg to flare his elbows back and closer to his body to help minimize the risk for any shoulder injury. Impressed with his slow and steady dead hang pull-ups, JP could take note.

Agree. He looks great at his age. It is really sad he closed his Lionquest forum.

He looks good, and the pushups and pullups were pretty impressive.

He looks great. I think he looks better than he did a few years ago. I always liked Greg, even though we have our differences of opinion.
I think the way he positioned his hands during his pushups was sensible when using those T's. It is a matter of balance and protecting the wrists from unnecessary torque. Of course, having his hands closer to the body would perhaps be better form if he weren't on the T's.
If you see this, Greg, happy birthday. I too miss the LionQuest Forum.

Too be fair, and even though he's covered, I think Greg's looking the best he's ever looked. His slow and steady pushes and pulls are impressive.
