Hey old timers here, do you remember the time Joh Peterson threatened Parker and Dave Walmsley with a fight. He came across as a cyberspace bully idiot. I notice elderly insecure short guys tend to do this. I'd squash them all like a bug !!! HAHAHA 😎 Seriously though, I'm a 'medium' height guy and have always noticed that tall guys usually have a similar 'syndrome' as the short guys, but short guys usually won't back down when push comes to shove. 6 foot 9 inch Mr.Dave what say you about this observation?

Just to make something clear.....I don't like Pierini's "white boy" bullshit White people are under attack in this country....dragged out of their cars, beaten, killed, their businesses looted, destroyed and burned Just look at all the videos....but Pierini in his endless attempts to show that he's cool..... continues to use this racial slur....i guarantee that he would never use the term "black boy" to any black guy because he knows what would happen to him He loves using the term "white boy" .....would he still be using "white boy" if they looted and burned his business....and beat him or his family members ?

I eat egg whites, protein drinks from Fairlife nutrition, water packed tuna or broil salmon and add green beans, along with a gallon of water a day and do this as long as I can and the results show as long as I workout and add some cardio. Some cardio, about 3-4 days a week of anything for about 18-25 minutes a workout does well.

To Michael......(I'm still trying to learn the system on how to reply) Yes, all my measurements stay the same, but waistline goes down dramatically. I have energy while awake, but sleep longer (9 hrs vs 7) probably due to no carbs. Salads about once every day or so. Hard to stay on it and have not done it in years now. Poops are rock hard, even with drinking lots of water. Then I will go back to a diet including carbs - mostly fruit, which I love.

How long do You do the no carb or fat thing? I don't think I would survive working all day like that, . Doesn't Your waistline go back up when You're off this way of eating?

I do it for 10-12 days, then need some carbs and take 1 cheat meal like pizza or burgers and fries. I have gone 2 months with the 1 cheat day meal. It is tough, but the results were great. At that point, the body thermostat resets and I go back to a diet of more natural carbs, but not so much to bulk up like bodybuilders who just get out of a contest and pig out. You actually don't want that much either at that point. I have a sedentary office job with only workouts and yard work on a small yard so it wasn't so bad. Checking weight and how clothes fit is the indicator if eating too many carbs. The toughest part is the initial with the cravings and seeing others around you eating, but once I see and feel the results I feel it's worth it.
An almost 300 lbs woman at work who comes in with the Dunkin Donuts quart of beverage and 4 donuts daily (that's just to get her to lunch) would not appreciate the sacrifice, so it's all about what the individual wants.
