But...but...only JP has NAILED it! The world still waits.
Speaking of waiting, I know that there were a couple of people here who expressed an interest in getting JP's new and improved Power Belt with pamphlet. It's been going on five years now. How's that wait working out for you?

I was just going through my original copy of Convict Conditioning that I've owned for years and years now and only just realized there is a very, very, very short paragraph in the Pullups chapter about some isometrics using the bars in the cell or various other things if you are not incarcerated. You would think that isometrics would be a natural for people in prison, but I've watched alot of the videos on YouTube from people either who were locked up or videos actually taken with contraband cell phones and it's almost all various push up and burpee variants for high reps. I guess none of them heard of Zass or JP.

Matt S. also has a book out on ISOs. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088T6LP4B/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_taft_p1_i0The great thing about Matt's book (I have not read it, but his videos and the brief "Look Inside" on Amazon show this to be true) is the exercises can be performed with Bruce's Hook/strap...no need for a $500 piece of equipment. Although, Matt has Pre-ordered the Iso-Chain.

Use a carabiner with the Sierra Strap to form a loop . Drape the loop around your body to perform hands-free isometric squats .

There is only one guy with the requisite nerve force to do isometrics all day to pass the time like prisoners do with pushups, and he lives in Harvard Nebraska.
