Good move but they kill my shoulder. Any movement that forces the arm back into the shoulder socket is hell on my shoulder due to the arthritis and subsequent sloshing around of the bone.

I have a couple burpees workouts under my belt doing the Navy Seals version but I include a hands-extended jump with each burpee. It’s a demanding version having 3 pushups for every burpee.
I don’t know if Navy Seals do them in training. My search hasn’t confirmed it yet that’s what they’re popularly called in countless YouTube videos.
Did 100 reps for first time about one week ago which was dang tough for me.
