Thanks for sharing Michael. I believe the author used to post on Greg Newton's now-defunct Lionquest Fitness forum. He once posted my heavyhands video on his forum, the Heavy Hands 7-movement medley which I've been wanting to do again but can't seem to find time to fit it in my workouts.
I'm sure it's a good book but I'll pass. I know everything I need to know about heavy hands, just need to find time to squeeze it in to what I do.

Yeah, You're are right Pierini. He's a very nice person. He was always interested in Dr. Len's stuff. I believe Longstrength and Iso Ton metrics are different than HeavyHands.

Iv come to understand in a nutshell to answer whats the difference between systems...the whole concept is...WHOLEBODY FITNESS USING AS MUCH MUSCLE AS POSSIBLE...EVERYTIME YOU TRAIN..AND COMBINING A COMBINATION OF ALL THE FITNESS FACTORS TO THAT MUSCLE...heavyhands is using the dumbells...longstrenght was calesthenic combinations fusing upper and lower body moves....and Isotonometrics is basicaly selfresistance handclasps..with a isometric and isotonic component..Thanks for find Michael..Ill give a review about soon
