This was fun to view, I never heard of this guy but like him. Given his size, 2,995 calories doesn't seem a lot. Today I ate about 2,155 calories and am much lighter and significantly less-muscled than him.
Where's the fruit and vegetables?

So, egg whites and oatmeal, chicken and rice and maybe some tilapia. And a protein shake. And sugar free BBQ sauce. Since he's not a "big vegetable eater" if he were to ask my opinion (because I'm such an expert), I'd suggest swapping out the sugar free BBQ sauce for sugar free Metamucil.

I like fruit and vegetables. Every time I eat I have one or the other and sometimes both.  , who am I to tell someone else what to eat. Did it say how much he weighed? I did not catch that. It was an interesting video, Thanks for posting Pierini. I have no right to judge anyone, I'd rather give someone the benefit of the doubt. Wasn't Uncle Wally's Density through the roof? I find it interesting how different people, that have goals, keep track of their macros, calories, or whatever. Again, I know most here don't like the way bodybuilders train or eat. |
