Ever since Stormshadow mentioned this guy I watch his videos sometime. Again I know most here are not fond of bodybuilding but sometimes You can hear stuff that makes sense. Or You may disagree. I thought this was a good explaination of what he does and why.

I crock-potted a deer tenderloin roast and ate/snacked on almost nothing else (once or twice blueberries, apple, nuts or greens) during the three days the meat was cooking. I felt extra energized.
(I also felt *taught*, with no superfluous flesh moving through space.)

1. That guy has my bike! 2. Most people feel more energized when they change to a vegan diet too. I wonder if it is the change that somehow gives us a feeling of more energy? I also know that most on a vegan diet continue to feel they have more energy. I wonder if it would be the same on this carnivore diet? 3. It's definitely not a diet 8 billion people could do.

Enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing Michael.
That dude can sure talk fast; he'd be a great auctioneer. Has good muscle mass too.
My sharing - I eat carbs and starchy ones too but have experienced heightened energy from fasting and just plain eating less. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks Michael and glad you all liked. He is very knowledgeable and his knowledge easily transfers to other fitness areas besides bodybuilding. He has a jacked twin brother that is a Naturopath and he will often mention some health nugget from him too which are quite valuable like vitamins, minerals, restorative therapies and so on.
I have made it a point to listen to almost all of his content. Took a long time because a lot of it. I learned a lot. I also like the music he creates and the beautiful scenery of his home up in the far reaches of Canada. He badly separated a shoulder playing hockey so he is a master of training with and through injury. His Dad was a Royal Canadian Mounty and a world ranked powerlifter.

We are all going to process different types of food differently. Two good questions with number 2. I know I wouldn't be able to survive on a all meat diet. I've done it a couple of times and once for a very long time. I thought it would pass and I tried fighting through it but I had no energy the whole time. Plus it caused a real problem in the bathroom, .

Sorry, Vegetus, Mikey I love dear meat. , Ed if I don't eat I'll pass out. Stormshadow, agree," his knowledge easily transfers to other fitness areas besides bodybuilding." I have watched a decent amount of his videos. He's funny, corny, and knowledgeable.

Michael,
I was thinking more that if everyone tried to eat a meat only diet there wouldn't be enough for everyone.

Here's another good one. I never understood how someone can stay training the same way all the time. Same reps, sets, etc... Drudgery.
