Excellent. Thanks for sharing. I've only watched the first one, but all of that in the first vid is part of what I do .... One small detail - when I do the bent-stretch that JCVD does against the pillar - I use my 5' staff for that instead of a vertical flat surface.

Thanks for sharing. I power-viewed each of the three videos. I like the constant introduction trailer part of the videos. He does, however, need to fire the person who colors his hair.
I must admit, I don't do the flexibility drills and stretching like I used to do when training in karate many years ago. As a result, I'm not as flexible as I used to be. Maybe I'm an injury waiting to happen.
