Chandler Marchman has a great BW complex that has a nice flow to it. He has good vertical bound on his jump squats. I like the look of this and am adding it to my short list.

I have 3 adjustable kettlestacks that I use from www.kettlestack.com I got them mainly because I was too cheap to buy real KBs. I have used these for years and I can adjust the weight when I need to. These remind me of a story my wife’s grandfather (a WW1 guy) told. We would go over and take him hunting when he was in his late 70s and 80s. His daughter bought him a set of light dumbbells. When we were alone with him, he said I don’t know why they spent money on the DBs because I already have them. He got up went into the kitchen and came back with an empty plastic milk jug. He lifted it a couple of times and said when I feel real strong, I even put water in them.

At this moment, there are no items on my fitness gadgets I want to buy short list but things can change.
Last fitness gadget I purchased several months ago was a 15-lb. slam ball that I’ve used a mere three times. I like it and it kicks my butt but the other stuff I’m doing makes it harder for the slam ball to be next up in my workout rotation.

Funny you should mention a "slam ball", your boy 'Mandler' utilizes a slam ball while demonstrating one of his excellent workouts in the video below. I've been meaning to get an actual 'slam ball' for awhile now, but a fine substitute is simulating the movement by affixing a fairly heavy resistance band overhead and 'slam' the band in a downward motion, same as you would with a ball ***BTW, please watch the entire video for some awesome tips on getting the most out of dumbbell training while utilizing relatively "light" dumbbells. I can personally attest to the effectiveness of higher reps for muscle growth, there's absolutely no question that what Chandler shows in the video WORKS...

I bought this one and am very pleased with it: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016R07U0E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I have it at my office in a spare room that has become my de facto fitness gym when not training at a park. I don't do well training at home so don't bother and don't have a set-up. I believe MBSVegas bought the same unit. I've used it for weighted bar dips also. It's a solid unit. Noticed that it's currently unavailable at Amazon.

Mag, hadn't viewed that older Chandler Marchman video. He's definitely taking a different approach now and is almost exclusively KB. He did the strongman thing many years ago and hung with Elliot Hulse. He definitely had bigger guns in that video than now but he's still got good mass. He's toned down his messages, got rid of the F word and the swole theme. He's a talker for sure. Now that he's a father, I think his workout reflect that he's got less time available in the gym. About slam balls, my 15-lb'er is a good weight but it all depends on what you want to achieve with it. For me, it's cardiovascular conditioning so I'm using mine for high-speed overhead slams trying to get volume in a short time period. I can't imagine using anything heavier but it all depends on how you design the workout. With a heavier slam ball, you definitely have to taper the reps per round and increase the recovery time between rounds because you can't do it all. One other thing, I like mine because when I slam it, it plops and doesn't bounce back up.

DDH, this is what I do with dips. I loop one of Bruce's bands through my 24kg KB behind me. I really like these. I know Your shoulder history so be careful if You really want to do them. Matt has some good tips for dips: www.youtube.com/results?search_query=red+delta+project+safe+dips

I will eventually buy more KBs, that's it. I like Rogue Fitness KBs. Well worth the money I spent and the customer service is great. All I did is put a ten-dollar bill in an envelope every two weeks when I want to get one. Easy and doesn't hurt my pocket. I think the homemade ones/the ones Mags and Bob44 posted are cool and I would use them if that's what I had. But I prefer mine.

Michael. for 2 handed swings I really like my new T-Handle more than using a kettlebell. As opposed to most kettlebell's, there's room enough for two hands to fit comfortably, plus there's more off an offset between the handle and the weight, so the movement just feels more comfortable and effective. As a matter of fact, after using my T-Handle exclusively for awhile I went back and tried both my 'Hardstyle' and 'Competition' kettlebell's and BOTH styles felt goofy in comparison to the T-Handle
