Good find, Ganesha ! The similar 'RMT Club' has already been out awhile and comes in either 4 or 8 pound weights for around $110... I don't own an RMT Club, just a bunch of 'regular' steel clubs from 5 to 45 pounds, and the workouts with them are BRUTAL and very effective. An additional benefit to using weighted clubs is the grip workout that they provide, as a matter of fact your grip will probably be the limiting factor at the beginning, so stick with it !!! Hi, New to the forum. I think I may have looked here a year or so ago, but I finally registered. There is always the option of making your own homemade mace at a fraction of the cost -- in fact, you could probably make different sizes at that. Basically you are buying a bamboo stick, some concrete, a clay pot, some screws, a bit of paint and you're off to the races. The written instructions are here: www.indianclubs.com.au/gada-mace/home-made-clay-pot-gada-mace/

I have the RMT Club, with the goal of increasing speed and power for driving a disc golf disc. It’s different than a mace in that the weight inside shifts with your movement adding more stress at the end of any movement. The interval workouts with it (like a Tabata protocol) are pretty great esp if you’re pressed for time.

How can training with an extra heavy sword look so uncool?

I don't know why the video is so dark, too.

Maybe I could slip a pool noodle over my sash weights.

I wish I had a heavy bag like the one @ 1:25. I'm too to buy one though.

I'd love a heavy bag.
I have a couple of maces and a clubbell and I like the idea of training with something that is a traditional weapon.
