Henry, you can always do the “Here comes the bride” lift up flights of stairs in your place by carrying Mrs. Henry in your cradled arms. Only recommended up the stairs for safety and ease on your knees so walk down the stairs for recovery.
And, can also put Mrs. Henry on your shoulders like a pony ride and do squats. I used to do this with Mrs. Pierini long ago. She wouldn’t go for it nowadays.

What's funny is the folks that "discover" that astounding bit of info, they jump into exercise so hard they beat themselves up and probably make their immune system slightly weaker in the short term.
Exercise pays dividends over time, same with nutrition. I also see a lot of eat this or that to boost your immunity.
Covid-19 is a pop quiz. Either your body is physically prepared for it already or it's not.
