We are all likely to be facing DRUDGERY many times over the next few weeks or months. Today I started lifting a ladder up by some rungs near the bottom end, so if you are stood with the ladder coming out to your left side you have to push down with the right side of your body, similar to Steve Justa's shovel lift. Lever it up and hold just above parallel for 10 seconds say.
I first thought of this exercise about 12 years ago, and at that time I reckon if I'd been quick I could just of tacked it onto the functional fitness craze. Alas, Dave Reslo's high-torque ladder course is now just a lost dream of Nineveh. Only now have I been bored enough to go back to it, and encourage you to try it if you are in the same situation.
