I'm giving it a break. I seem to be plateauing at +/-212, so I'm not going to weigh myself for awhile. If you look at my weight record above, you'll see that the same thing happened.

Bruce, I hope your hide the scale in the closet approach works for you. Based on my experience, you can't manage what you don't measure and you can't achieve what you don't manage. Sometimes we all lose a little enthusiasm. I let someone take the drive out of myself which was my fault. It's better to use it as fuel. You got below 200lbs before. Why not try to do what you did before? You can even make changes in your diet to get over a plateau. When I lost 50lbs I hardly weighed myself. I found that I got frustrated by seeing small changes. I did measure my waist weekly.

Like I said, if you'll look above, you'll see that the same thing happened before and it all came out alright in the end.
