Today's workout started with isometrics for the back
Towel pull 3x 5+5+5 (iso pulses) Door pull down 3x 5+5+5 (iso pulses)
Pull up reverse ladder 10 down 1 rep X2
Bent leg wall push (iso) 10 x 5+5+5
DVR routine 1 x 10 reps on all moves
Finished with 5 rounds of shadow boxing.
I'm starting to pack on muscle size again as I been was slacking on my workouts for the past couple months .
I train fasted and ate post workout which was
Two boiled eggs, 3 rashers of bacon, tuna, tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil drizzled over them and green spring onions. After that I had two squares of dark chocolate and two TBS of natural peanut butter

Today's workout focused on the back and biceps
Isometric doorway pull out 2 x 5+5+5 Isometric towel pulls. 2 x 5+5+5
Wide grip pull up pyramid 1 to 10 and back down to 1 rep and repeated the pyramid one more time
Finished with DSR hammer curls 2 x 10,5 DSR Reverse grip curls 2 x 10,5
