I was going to rest up today but decided on doing a quick workout instead .
Atlas Biceps Flex and Press 2 x 5 High Reach 2 x 5 each side One Arm Chin 2 x 5 each side Full Range pectoral Contraction 2 x 5 Shoulder Roll 2 x 5 Wrist Twist Contraction 2 x 5 Deltoid Raise 2 x 5 Hammer Curls (DSR) 2 x 5 Triceps Press Down (DVR) 2 x 5
I finished off with 1 set of 100 Ballet squats straight through no resting .

Cheers Michael ! Yeah they are definitely my favourite leg exercise. I have dodgy knees and ballet squats allow me to do high reps without setting off knee pain and they're also a brutal calf workout when done for high reps .

Cheers Michael ! Yeah they are definitely my favourite leg exercise. I have dodgy knees and ballet squats allow me to do high reps without setting off knee pain and they're also a brutal calf workout when done for high reps . This can be safely substituted with a Forearm Forklift (available in UK) wrapped around a sturdy broomstick & feet inserted in the lead end of the loops. Place a footstool under the bum.

Short n sweet early morning workout in the back garden done with strict form under full tension
Diamond pike push ups 4 x 15 reps Hanging leg raises 4 x 10 Pull ups 4 x 15 Ticep Dips 2 x 20
Finished off with 10 x 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing

Short n sweet early morning workout in the back garden done with strict form under full tension Diamond pike push ups 4 x 15 reps Hanging leg raises 4 x 10 Pull ups 4 x 15 Ticep Dips 2 x 20 Finished off with 10 x 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing Short n sweet early morning routine in the living room done under full mental tension: Irish coffee, 2 to 3 cups (supersetted with) Cressant curls Lung exercise (Marlboro Lights, 2 or 3 fags) Toilet position, max tension repeat as necessary for effect Finished off with 2 rounds of chasing the hair of the dog.

Wide pull ups 4 x 10-15 reps Chin ups 4 x 10-15 reps One arm TRX row 4 x 10-12 reps TRX rows 4 x 10-12 reps
5 minute rest
Jab-cross-move - 1 minute Jab-cross-right elbow - 1 minute Cross-Jab-duck-uppercut-left hook - 1 minute Palm strike L+R-left low kick-right knee - 1 minute Focus on close range - Headbutts-elbows-uppercuts-hooks - 1 minute
Complete 3 rounds No Rest = 15 minutes
Cool down stretch off !
