I have done many of the exercises, but was never into the one leg deadlift with dumbbell. Any of you like that exercise? I started doing it and it is OK

Looks OK. RE: one leg deadlift - not for me. I don't do balancing stunts with weights in my hand(s).

I do it sometimes, just did it yesterday. Feels good on my hamstrings. I don't agree with the straight leg form shown in the picture, at least not for me. Another thing that can be done is the leg going back, the foot can stay on the floor if you don't have the balance. I use the form this lady shows plus I use a KB, more comfortable for me.

I think kettlebell swings should be on that 'minimalist' list as a replacement for the single leg deadlift...
Farmer's Walk's would also be on my own personal 'minimalist' routine of: 1. Kettlebell swing 2. Pushup 3. Farmer's Walk

I would include the Turkey Trot.

Sometimes I do it more often the other times. I do pushups but I make them harder. I like the ring pushup. I don't do them often because I like to alternate in dips on some days.

I’m workout time-challenged right now due to work and find burpees x 100 timed to be a short and sweet relatively efficient workout. They can be modified according to one’s abilities and limitations.
