That’s a good no bs site. I like their Pareto principle approach to losing body fat.

The bow-tie kills me.
Actually, it amazes me the sheer number of dudes all doing the same thing with youtube. Even if I had the desire to share my knowledge, I'd have to think I'm just adding more noise to an already low s/n ratio. (I'm not calling Lawrence noise or signal, just saying it amazes me, the amount of info and much of it the same, that exists on you tube)

There's an 80 year old bloke in our building who walks and has a fitbit, his weight doesn't drop. I Googled up fitbit to find out what is required and read 10000 steps a day plus 1/2 hour of intense exercise you will lose a lb a week. The wife and I took a walk the other day and calculated using Google map to track the root which was just over 11km/7miles. 2,223 steps to a mile = 15561 steps (my height)5 miles…10,000 is the magic number. It took us about 2 hours and did a 45 min workout earlier, so without dieting and do that everyday I could lose a lb a week haha! The 80 year old bloke does about 5000 step through the day, not in one go. OMG! Did Robert move from San Francisco to where you live? Does he do 40 reps of partial push ups for the intense exercise?

Remember when he first arrived at the old Bronze Bow forum as Frisco Bob. He brought his followers and started posting his rerun gibberish that’s now legendary.

On the Charles Atlas Forum (not Henry's version, the actual people that still SELL the course, and the only fitness forum that ever denied me membership) he simply goes by Bridge.

Hope he’s not stepping on human homeless feces when doing his walks in his San Francisco because if he is, he’ll need to change his internet fitness forum user name to Bullshit Bob. Now granted, some may already know him by that name.

Good points Chandu and I agree.
Everyone is an expert on Youtube and forums. I get a laugh from most but I also try to find something positive out of it too. It's just like most articles people post always have an agenda or are trying to sell something. So why would You even consider the information in an article or video if almost always it's spinning it to their point of view? Everyone is going to take what they want out of something. I just share stuff because I think it might be of interest to some, not everyone. No matter what, everything is going to be debated. I just try to learn and go by my own experiences no matter what anyone says.

You're not a wet blanket, . That stuff wasn't pointed at You, just my opinion. There is a lot of information out there. I didn't really get to see internet information until around 2006-07, not sure exactly. Before that, I had to scrape up money for the muscle mags. I just enjoy my morning exercise sessions.
